- Enhanced profiles: extra details on a business profile, labelled on the page.
- Winner extras: optional plaques, certificates and media kits for winners, sold after results are final.
- Sponsored listings: always labelled “Sponsored” and shown outside the awards.
- Quote requests: free for homeowners; we may receive a referral fee, which never affects results.
We never sell entry, votes, rankings or homeowners’ details.

- Do winners pay for their award?
- No. Winning is free and so is the badge. Awards are never sold, and nobody can pay to enter or to be considered.
- What do businesses pay for, then?
- Optional enhanced profiles with more photos and details, clearly labelled. We may also receive a referral fee when you send a quote request; neither has any effect on the awards.
- Are sponsored listings mixed in with winners?
- No. Any sponsored listing is labelled and kept outside the winners and finalists.
