- It doesn’t enter you in the awards; every business is reviewed already.
- It doesn’t raise your score.
- It doesn’t sign you up for anything paid.

Questions from business owners
- Does claiming my profile help me win?
- Only by making your details correct. Claiming has no weight of its own; a correct phone, website, hours and service area are what count in the score.
- We won an award. How do we show it?
- Your winner profile links to your badge kit, with copy-paste code for your website. Each badge links back to the award page so customers can check it.
- Can we pay for a better award?
- No. Awards, categories and their order cannot be bought, and enhanced profiles are labelled and have no effect on any result.
